In this role, you will operate and maintain collating machines to assemble printed materials into complete sets according to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor collating machines.
- Review job tickets and ensure accuracy of materials being collated.
- Perform quality checks to confirm proper sequence, completeness, and alignment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing finished jobs for shipment.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in machine operation, collating, finishing, or printing operations preferred (training available).
- Ability to take measurements
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
